Comments
The PowerBook Duo 250, introduced on October 21, 1993, features a 33 MHz 68030 processor,
4 MB of RAM (expandable to 32 MB), and a 200 MB hard disk drive. The Duo 250 is
housed in a lightweight portable case with a sharp 9-inch grayscale active-matrix
display. The Duo 250 can be used as a laptop computer or inserted into a full-powered
desktop system called a Duo Dock. The Duo 250 has few ports and no internal floppy
or CD drive, but this can be expanded by using it with a Duo Dock or with a compatible
docking device like a MiniDock or Duo Floppy Adapter.
