Note
The IIcx can support up to 128 MB RAM, but
this requires the use of 32-bit addressing and Mode32. The IIcx
ROMs natively only support 24-bit addressing, which has a maximum
RAM ceiling of 8 MB.
Comments
The IIcx was a less expensive version of the Macintosh IIx. It had a smaller case
and fewer NuBus expansion slots.

He chose to use it in his own office.
